The guy (Gabriel) u sent over did a GREAT job repairing the floor. It looks like a new install. I couldn’t be happier with the work he did. He is a craftsman. On related note, the problem, as I saw it, was a material issue, not a workmanship issue. The floor was firmly attached to the concrete, so much so it had to be chiseled off the concrete. The problem was the veneer delaminated just in that one spot, about 5-6 inches in length and just in the center of the board. As originally installed, this piece was over 4 feet in overall length, but it was just at the end where it butted to an adjoining board that was the problem. We have not seen that repeated anywhere else in the house. Hopefully, it’s a one off. In previous house, u guys installed major area with white oak and then ripped it completely up and installed red oak bc the stain mismatch white the rest of the floors in the house. There wasn’t even an attempt to on your company’s part to leave “as is” and walk away. I’m a fan of Northside floors and I can assure you, when I need any kind of flooring in the future, I’m coming only to you. Bottom line: 10 stars outta 5.
